1. A minimum of the deposit amount should be received by cheque with your booking form.
2. Payment in full is due 4 weeks before your event day.
3. The agreed booking fees may be subject to change following any amendments to the booking at any time, as agreed by you and your Videographer.
4. If you cancel your event for any reason within 4 weeks of your booking date, your deposit is non-refundable. Any time after, your deposit will be returned to you by cheque within 21 days.
5. If the event is cancelled for any reason (other than those stated in T&C point 7) within 7 days of the event, a cancellation fee of £50 is due within 14 days.
6. If cancelling within 48 hours (other than extenuating circumstances in point 7), the full booking fee is payable within 14 days.
7. Extenuating circumstances under these terms are: war, fire, death, serious illness, epidemic, or accident.
8. Expenses may be payable as agreed at the time of booking. These include hotels, mileage, food etc.
9. In the case of verbal or physical violence against your Videographer or any persons associated with Dan Keeble Videography, your Videographer can ask for that person to be removed. If this cannot be resolved, your Videography service may be withdrawn without refund.
10. Any damage to equipment will be invoiced to the customer for payment within 14 days should this occur through violence or a deliberate act
